CEO Scott Turner has been with GCG since 1978. With over 30 years' experience, he continues to play an active role in day-to-day account service in addition to leading the agency. Turner's work has appeared in Communication Arts and The Art Director's Club of New York's annual award book. He is a recipient of two national AAF Addy Awards and the prestigious AAF Silver Medal award for his outstanding career and service to the industry. He is active in the community, with a position on the metro board of the YMCA of Greater Fort Worth and Tarrant County, and has served on the boards of Shakespeare in the Park, Harris Hospital Advisory Council and many other organizations. Turner earned a bachelor of fine arts degree from Texas Tech University, and previously held a position at Jerre R. Todd & Associates before joining GCG.
Neil Foster, President
As president of GCG, Neil Foster oversees staff development, assignments and productivity. He also plays an integral role in directing new ideas in the agency's creative team, which has garnered significant recognition at the local and national level for its stellar work. Foster joined GCG in 1994 as a copywriter and also held positions as account executive, account supervisor and vice president prior to his current role. As vice president, his leadership and success in attracting new business was a driving force behind the development of GCG's Healthcare Group, which has been consistently ranked among the top 50 healthcare agencies in the country since 2005. In 2008, he was named as one of Fort Worth Business Press' "40 under 40". At every stage in his 15-year career at GCG, Foster has emphasized the importance of building relationships through effective communications, a practice that benefits clients and agency team members alike. Foster earned a bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas and held previous positions at Tandy Corporation and The Ad Place before joining GCG.
